Tim founded the Law Office of Timothy R. Woods, LLC in December of 2015. Tim has over 10 years of experience practicing immigration law before the Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Tim works with non detained removal (deportation) proceedings.  In addition, Tim practices family law on a limited basis, namely, custody complaints in the Circuit Courts of Maryland to enable immigrant children to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
